Thank you for choosing InkGlint for your DTF transfer needs. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Production Time
All DTF transfers are made to order. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on order size, artwork quality, and current production volume. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Production begins after your order is confirmed and your artwork has been reviewed and approved. Orders placed with incomplete or low-resolution artwork may experience delays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship across the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping transit times after production is complete:
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Express Shipping: Next business day transit (carrier transit time only — production time is additional and not included)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of InkGlint.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. InkGlint is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
